Penny Pinching Parent: New Show: Men Of A Certain Age

This is a little different than what I share with readers normally, but when YouCast contacted me on behalf of TNT and asked me if I would be interested in sharing this with readers I more than happily agreed. Afterall the show is about men who are parents... so I didn't think it was too far of a stretch.

TNT is getting ready to debut a new show called "Men of a Certain Age" on December 7th at 10/9 central.

The show follows three longtime friends as they navigate the changes and challenges of parenting, relationships and careers in mid-life and stars Ray Romano (Everybody Loves Raymond) Scott Bakula (Quantum Leap, Star Trek: Enterprise) and Andre Braugher (Homicide: Life on the Street).
Becoming a parent and just getting older sure has given me a different perspective on life... I don't think I really grew-up and understood a lot about life until I became a mom. I am grateful that I didn't wait until my daughter was almost grown to have this sort of epiphany.

From the few snippets I have watched this looks like a very realistic and funny show and I am going to make a point to watch it. Hooray for the return of good TV... for a while there I was afraid we would never see good TV again and reality shows would take over.
