What the PPP family thinks?

Okay, I have to be honest... we actually were sent this item to share with a friend for review. Since my daughter is 2, closer to 3 and it a girl, I thought it would be best to let someone else review this fun little toy.

Well, I was wrong! When I opened the box of John Deere items that were sent for review, my daughter immediately claimed this little hayride. I tried my darndest to convince her that we were going to give this toy to someone else, my husband even tried to help out, but there was no having it. She REALLY wanted to keep it... so I let her.

She absolutely LOVES the John Deer Animal Sounds Hayride. One of her favorite songs is Old McDonald, so this is a perfect toy that acts as an extension of singing and learning. She enjoys matching the animals up and pulling the tractor around. She has even moved all the animals and farmer in with her Little People family and their dollhouse. The little figures that come with the set are about the same size as Little People, so we have one big happy, blended family!!

From a mommy perspective... I like the fact that this toy is chunky and durable. I also like the learning aspects of it, the imaginative play that a child can engage in while playing with it and the fact that it gets played with every day.

The John Deere Animal Sounds Hayride is bound to be a hit for any little boy or girl and I think it's a toy that would get played with for a long time.
